Growing law firm seeking experienced Attorney to Represent clients in Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship and related legal matters; Candidate will assist Lead Attorney in above matters, draft Legal Documents, Schedule Court Dates. If you are looking for a position that will allow you to have immediate client interaction while being part of a team led by a board-certified attorney, this may be just the place for you. You will work in a quaint, turn of the century house which is conveniently located off I-35 and Evans in Selma.

The ideal candidate must have high energy, able to bill an average of 30 hours per week while possessing the ability to develop business and obtain new clients for the firm; Job duties will include Filing Documents, Sending Certified Mail, Greeting Clients, Editing Documents, Corresponding with other attorneys, paralegals, and court staff. The job will also include phone support, Managing their own Attorney Calendar, Assisting with Billing of clients, Attending Networking and Marketing Events after hours or on weekends, Working as part of a team, willing to study outside of work to advance skills, and willing to get involved in the community. Experience in litigated matters is a plus.

Candidate will be responsible for building their own base of clients and obtaining referrals. There will be a salary of $55,000- $65,000 based on experience.
