Weisinger Law Scholarship

Weisinger Law Firm is excited to offer a scholarship to students in Texas to help pay for their higher education. Education and community involvement have always been important to Charlie Weisinger. As the first member of his family to attend and graduate from College, Charlie understands the impact that having an education can have on an individual and their community. Weisinger Law wants students to get involved in their communities and make them a better place. Each year, Weisinger Law holds an event, Pie for a Purpose, to help gather donation items for Arc of San Antonio. We want to encourage students to also lend a hand in their own communities.

To apply for this scholarship you will need to get involved in your community. Pay attention to the different non-profits, schools, shelters, or anywhere else that you can think of that could use your service and then decide on one to donate your time and efforts to. We want to hear how you made a difference in your community by volunteering, gathering donations, or offering other services. The more thoughtful and involved you are, the more likely you are to be chosen as the recipient of the Weisinger Law Scholarship. You will need to write a 500-word essay explaining why you choose the community involvement route that you did, as well as share pictures of the experience.
