Our Mission

To serve families with Integrity, Consistency, and Excellence while helping them Achieve Peace Through Planning.®

Our Vision

Weisinger Law Firm strives to be the primary provider of Legal Services for Bexar County in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate.  We believe that every family can face each of these areas with dignity and peace.  To that end, our vision encompasses the following five areas: Legacy, Support, Education, Charity, and Dignity.

Legacy

Planning can help to ensure that division and strife do not invade the grieving process.  Our primary goal is preservation of the family unit. We counsel families on the path to achieve Peace Through Planning.®

Support

Our job goes beyond the realm of legal services.  Without forgetting or forgoing our duty to provide excellent legal support, we dedicate ourselves to the people that we serve. We walk hand in hand with our clients allowing them access to us through email, phone, social media, and text messaging. Our clients rely on our availability. We are committed to returning every client message timely.

Charity

Our commitment to charity is once again twofold. First, the community of Bexar County and the surrounding areas is very important to us.  We live here, work here, and serve here.  As a company, we are regularly involved in service for community efforts. Second, we believe that Estate Planning can be a great tool for affecting long-term change and progress in our city. We strive to help our clients see the benefits of gifts given by those before them.

Dignity

Family members have a name. We learn each of those names to the best of our ability. We will take the time necessary to treat you and your loved ones with dignity and respect.

Education

Our clients should never feel hurried or reluctant to contact us.  Second, as members of the community at large, we are responsible for engaging the community and conveying the importance of proper legal planning.
